Colours of memory
In the present, time can be measured down to the second, but more oftenly we calculate it to the minute. As we begin to consider time in the past and future its accuracy becomes less distinct — the minute becomes the hour, the hour the day and so on, resulting in a memory we can’t quite place. This general trend can often be broken due to plans, memorable occasions and events.
